Design Thinking

Passionate about collective dynamics with several years of experience in internal training, I had the privilege to be trained in Design Thinking and to lead and facilitate workshops on a wide array of business and organizational challenges (e-business, sustainability, human resources, go-to-market strategy for innovation launches…).

WHAT IS DESIGN THINKING?

A methodology originally developed by the Design industry to mobilize and unleash the creative potential of collective intelligence in order to co-create solutions to business and/or organizational challenges.

The key components of the Design Thinking process are an empathic understanding of the client, inspirational content to broaden perspective and generate “out of the box thinking”, and iterative phases of idea development, feedback and experimentation.

Any business or organizational leader facing completely new and disruptive challenges against which past solutions are no longer working.

WHAT FOR?

  • To clarify the overall goal of the process and the desired outcome
  • To develop an empathic understanding of the end-customer, of his/her needs and barriers
  • To stimulate creativity through inspiring divergent content (trends, case studies, expert interviews…)
  • To mobilize the collective intelligence and generate new ideas
  • To develop prototypes with early-on end-customer feedback
  • To develop an action plan to ensure the outcome of the process lives beyond the workshop
